wonderful hotel
great variety friendly staff ample space
i appreciated several aspects of my stay. the breakfast had great variety and quality. the staff were respectful and friendly. the pools provided ample space for relaxation with evening live music and drinks. the location is great. the hotel provides access to a beautiful beach where it is possible to surf and collect stones.
i had a minor issue with the room. there were not many ports for charging devices. i had to manage with the available outlets. it would be beneficial to have more charging options available in convenient locations throughout the room.

I appreciated the traditional Balinese architecture and well kept gardens. The beachfront location provided easy access to a beautiful sandy beach. The multiple dining options on-site allowed diverse choices without leaving the hotel.
The shiny tiles used in many areas became quite slippery when wet.

the staff were ATTENTIVE. multiple dining options are available within the resort and more are just a short walk away at bali collection. shopping can also be done There. Dining options included indian, japanese, traditional and western style food.
my wife and i stayed here for some nights. the resort IS in serious need of an upgrade in both facilities and service standards. it is clear from our experience that this is really hit and miss.

The resort features direct beach access. I found plenty of sun decks and lounge beds. The pools were a great size. The room also had a nice balcony. The balcony added extra space!
I noticed some tiles in traffic zones were slightly slippery, a minor concern.

The room was very spacious. It had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. There was a minibar stocked with various drinks and snacks. The room also included complimentary water bottles that were replenished daily.

the all-inclusive package suited my multigenerational family well. a children-friendly pool and a quieter pool were available. the beach remained clean. i found the buffet and restaurants offered good choices. the staff was friendly and helpful.
